In most instances, we can adapt one of our standard trailer frames to fit your needs. We build our aluminum trailers frames in varying widths from 5′ wide all the way up to 8.5′ wide; in lengths anywhere from 8′ up to 28′; and heights ranging from 5’6″ to 7’6″.

What’s Considered A Custom Aluminum Trailer

The truth is, we consider most of our business to be custom aluminum trailers. To us, if it’s not a trailer we already have in stock, we consider it a custom build. Sometimes that’s as simple as specific color or feature location. Other times it involves an itemized quote that flows across 3 or 4 pages with specific call outs for custom options or feature locations. Whatever your needs are, we want to hear about them and see what we can do to help. We’ve been building custom aluminum trailers for 20 years so we have quite a bit of experience here.

What Options Are Available?

We have a rather extensive options list on our website. This list includes pictures, pricing, and descriptions. Don’t see something you’re looking for? Let us know. Just because we don’t specifically list it, doesn’t mean we can’t do something. Or even if we can’t do something, we may have a different idea or solution that we can do. At the very least, if we really can’t help at all with one aspect of your design idea, we’ll try to set you up for success so you can do it after you take delivery.

How Do I Order A Custom Trailer?

Reach out to us! Give us a call, shoot us a text, or fill out the contact us form on our website. Someone in our sales team will get back to you as quick as we can. Usually within the same day, if not the next business day. We’ll talk with you and try to identify your needs. From there we can help match the right combination of width/length/height/capacity/color/features. At this point we’ll be able to put together an itemized quote for you to review. Most orders only require a 20% deposit to get started but some custom builds can require more.

How Long Until I Get My Custom Trailer?

Lead times for custom trailers are typically reasonable. Traditionally, in the 5-6 week time frame from date of deposit to completion. Sometimes certain custom order features can increase that but we try to be up front about that before you order. Custom doors, windows, and all awnings are ordered at time we receive a deposit from you. In these instances we’re at the mercy of our supplier’s lead times and freight scheduling.

Rugged Aluminum Frame

Our aluminum trailers are built to last, starting with rugged main tubes and fully welded joints. We know what types of roads our trailers are dragged over when they leave our facility and our trailers are ready for them.

Quality Trailer Parts

A strong frame is only as good as the components to support it. This is why we use only the best of parts on our aluminum trailers like galvanized Dexter torsion axles, high quality radial tires, LED lighting, and self-adjusting brakes.

2.5x Stronger Roof

Our roofs are built with rugged 1″×2″ aluminum tubes on 16″ centers. That means a roof nearly 2.5 times stronger than many other trailers on the market. We tend to get a lot of snow in New Hampshire, our trailers are ready for it.

Attention To Detail

Every trailer we build is checked and double checked before it leaves our shop. We want to make sure our trailers are looking their best with screws lining up, lines cut straight, doors installed tight, and every trim screw properly located.
