PROLine’s 7.5′ wide motorcycle trailers are some of the most versatile trailers on the market. Designed from the ground up for hauling motorcycles the 90″ interior width gives you room to fit two motorcycles side by side. Also, the low deck height improves the trailer’s aerodynamics and center of gravity but also allows for an easier ramp angle to get your bikes loaded into the trailer.

Five rows of fully adjustable tie-down rails welded to the trailer frame accommodate a combination of multiple bikes, trikes, Can Am Spyders, and whatever other gear you may have. With our tie down rail system, you’re not forced into putting your bikes in the same spot each time allowing you to maximize floor space in the trailer and making it easier to maintain a balanced load.

Structurally this trailer is designed with a very rigid all aluminum frame mated to a pair of Dexter Torflex Axles. The rubber torsion axles give your bikes a much smoother ride compared to spring axles. On those axles, you’ll find 15″ radial tires that carry a 5 year warranty and 10″ self-adjusting brakes for all 4 wheels. A 3/4″ flooring is used on all of our enclosed trailers so the weight of your bike is properly supported on the frame. Overhead you’ll find 2″ thick roof cross members on 16″ centers so not only will your trailer be ready for your motorcycles in the summer months but will hold up just fine as the snow piles on over the course of winter.

Consider adding our 110V package to trickle charge your bike batteries for long term storage as well.

Our aluminum trailers are built to last, starting with rugged main tubes and fully welded joints. We know what types of roads our trailers are dragged over when they leave our facility and our trailers are ready for them.

Quality Trailer Parts

A strong frame is only as good as the components to support it. This is why we use only the best of parts on our aluminum trailers like galvanized Dexter torsion axles, high quality radial tires, LED lighting, and self-adjusting brakes.

2.5x Stronger Roof

Our roofs are built with rugged 1″×2″ aluminum tubes on 16″ centers. That means a roof nearly 2.5 times stronger than many other trailers on the market. We tend to get a lot of snow in New Hampshire, our trailers are ready for it.

Every trailer we build is checked and double checked before it leaves our shop. We want to make sure our trailers are looking their best with screws lining up, lines cut straight, doors installed tight, and every trim screw properly located.
