Service Request

We’re a direct-to-consumer trailer manufacturer because we want to provide the best trailers and best service to our customers. This extends even after the sale as we offer a full line of service work on all of our trailers. Whether your PROLine Products trailer needs regular maintenance or your trailer was involved in an accident, we can help get your trailer repaired and back on the road.

Services We Offer

We only work on trailers that we manufactured. If you have a trailer built by a manufacturer other than PROLine Products LLC you’ll have to find service elsewhere.

  • Inspect, repack, and adjust bearings
  • Inspect, clean, and lubricate brakes
  • Check lights & electrical
  • Check wheels, tires, and tire pressure
  • Re-torque lug nuts

We’ll work with you and your insurance company (when applicable) to get your trailer fixed right. After all, we put it together so we know how to take it apart and do it all over again.
To get started with a quote for collision it’s best to send us pictures of any and all damage so we can start putting an estimate together. This helps expedite the entire repair process.

Some common trailer repairs we perform include, but not limited to:

  • Replace fenders
  • Replace painted aluminum or diamond plate sheet(s)
  • Reskin aluminum roof from hail or tree damage
  • Replace axles
  • Structural repairs from motor vehicle accidents

Over time some of the wear and tear items on your trailer will need to be replaced. This can include:

  • Brake magnets, drums, and brake assemblies
  • Tires and wheels
  • Bearings, hubs, and axles

Have your needs changed and you need to add something to your trailer? Or maybe you decided that helmet cabinet was a good idea after all? Whatever it may be we can do additions after the sale. Give us a call to schedule an appointment.

  • Cabinets
  • Caliber Mats & Glides
  • Interior Insulating and Paneling
  • Roof Racks
  • 110V Service

All service and repair work starts out with an itemized estimate. These estimates include, what we hope, is all the necessary parts and labor to get your trailer back on the road in good working order.

Labor estimates are estimates only. Actual time will be tracked and billed.

As of November 2023, labor rate is $150/hr for welding/fabrication time and $125/hr for all other time.
