Our 80″ wide enclosed motorcycle trailer series are one of our flagship aluminum trailers. Purpose built from the ground up to be a better towing, incredibly stable, and supremely versatile way of hauling motorcycles. The 80″ wide trailer box follows effortlessly behind the tow vehicle and allows us to get a low 18″ deck height.

This lower deck height gives us improved aerodynamics as well as an easy grade into the ramp door of your enclosed motorcycle trailer. Inside this motorcycle trailer you’ll be welcomed by five rows of our fully adjustable Quick-Adjust Tie Down Rails, that are welded right to the trailer frame. These tie down rails allow for total flexibility in how you secure your motorcycles and your gear. Have just one bike on the next trip? Put it right in the middle. Two bikes? No problem at all, stagger the handlebars slightly and head off on your next road trip.

The structure and overall design of this motorcycle trailer are what truly sets itself apart. We start with a very rigid all-aluminum tubular frame and bolt on galvanized torsion with EZ Lube Hubs. 

Quality 15″ radial tires are used to keep running cool even on the hot summer days on your trip to the Sturgis rally. 

We use a 3/4″ flooring to properly support the weight of your bike and overhead are 2″ thick roof cross members on 16″ centers. This means not only will your enclosed motorcycle trailer be ready for your bikes in the summer but it’ll be perfectly fine as the snow builds up on her over the winter, with your bikes nestled carefully inside.

Rugged Aluminum Frame

Our aluminum trailers are built to last, starting with rugged main tubes and fully welded joints. We know what types of roads our trailers are dragged over when they leave our facility and our trailers are ready for them.

Quality Trailer Parts

A strong frame is only as good as the components to support it. This is why we use only the best of parts on our aluminum trailers like galvanized Dexter torsion axles, high quality radial tires, LED lighting, and self-adjusting brakes.

2.5x Stronger Roof

Our roofs are built with rugged 1″×2″ aluminum tubes on 16″ centers. That means a roof nearly 2.5 times stronger than many other trailers on the market. We tend to get a lot of snow in New Hampshire, our trailers are ready for it.

Attention To Detail

Every trailer we build is checked and double checked before it leaves our shop. We want to make sure our trailers are looking their best with screws lining up, lines cut straight, doors installed tight, and every trim screw properly located.
